The Woman Behind the Mission
I'm not here to teach you how to hustle harder.
I've spent much of my life being the woman who makes things happen. A Bachelor of Accountancy from NTU, four years in audit, then a decade as a headhunter placing key management and accounting professionals — on paper, I was the picture of "made it." Mother. Provider. Entrepreneur. Problem solver. I learnt to hustle, push, carry, achieve and keep going — because that's what the season demanded, and because I didn't think I had another option.
But somewhere along the way, I realised that building a good life isn't simply about how much more I can carry. It's about learning what is actually worth carrying.
At 45, I'm entering a different season — less proving, more purpose; less rushing, more rootedness; less doing everything myself, more allowing God into everything. That's the actual shift I'm living through, and the reason Rise With Zan exists: not to sell you a lifestyle, but to walk this season alongside other women asking the same questions I am.
