When a woman rises, her family rises with her

Audit your health before perimenopause does.

I'm Zan — ex-auditor, mum and believer. I help busy women 35–55 get strong, energised and ready for perimenopause, not blindsided by it.

To lead, love and inspire women to live healthy, empowered lives rooted in God — so as they rise, their families rise with them.

3 minutes. No starving, no pressure — just a clear picture of where you're at.

Your results come straight to me and stay private. I'll WhatsApp you to set up a Zoom or coffee to go through your health score together, with no obligation.

Is This You?

You're doing everything right. So why does your body feel different?

Perimenopause is when your body does its own audit. What you got away with in your 30s starts to show on the books.

  • Weight creeping up, even though you eat the same
  • Tired by 3pm, wired at night
  • Bloating that wasn't there before
  • Sleep that doesn't feel like rest
  • Tried every diet — nothing sticks anymore
  • Feeling "off", but told it's just age

What I do

Help you build reserves — so you stay in the black.

What we look at together

Not to judge you. To get you ready.

01

Muscle

Your strength reserve — it drops faster from your 40s unless you protect it.

02

Blood sugar

The energy crashes, cravings and belly weight behind "I eat the same".

03

Gut

Bloating, digestion, and how well you absorb what you eat.

04

Sleep & stress

The quiet drains on your hormones and your mood.

05

Habits

The small daily entries that add up over the next 30 years.

Start with 3 minutes. See where your books stand.

My Story

From auditing balance sheets to auditing health

I'm not here to teach you how to hustle harder.

I've spent much of my life being the woman who makes things happen. A Bachelor of Accountancy from NTU, four years in audit, then a decade as a headhunter placing key management and accounting professionals — on paper, I was the picture of "made it." Mother. Provider. Entrepreneur. Problem solver. I learnt to hustle, push, carry, achieve and keep going — because that's what the season demanded.

After I gave birth to Jeremiah, I did everything "right." I breastfed. I exercised every single day. And I still looked puffy and felt tired all the time. I didn't like the woman I saw in the mirror, and my confidence quietly went with her.

So I made a decision: I have the right to look and feel good, mum guilt and all. I paired my daily exercise with the right nutritional support and stayed consistent. I got my energy and my confidence back, and along the way went from a size M to XS.

Audit taught me that small, unnoticed entries add up. It turns out our bodies keep the books too, and it's never too late to start building reserves.

Building a good life isn't about how much more I can carry. It's about learning what is actually worth carrying.

At 45, I'm living a different season — less proving, more purpose; less rushing, more rootedness; less doing everything myself, more allowing God into everything. Rise With Zan exists to walk this season alongside other women asking the same questions I am.

Rise in Business

Could this be a business for you? I'll give you an honest answer.

For ten years I was a headhunter. My job was telling people the truth about whether a role fit them. I still do that. Some women who start with their health end up wanting to build something of their own. If that's you, here's what it really looks like.

Who it suits

Women who want work that flexes around family, enjoy people and real conversations, and are willing to build steadily over months and years, not weeks.

What you'd actually do

Start part-time. Share the health audit and the products you personally use, look after your own clients, and learn as you go.

What you get from me

Structured onboarding, regular training and support calls, direct mentorship, and a community of women in Empowered Living doing the same work.

The honest bit

Like any real business, it takes consistent effort over time, and results vary widely. Many people earn little or nothing. In our chat I'll walk you through exactly how it works, which company I partner with and why, and whether I think it fits you.

A Few Things You Might Wonder

Still have a question? Ask me directly. I'm happy to help.

Ask Zan a question →
Do I need to know which option is right for me?

No. Start with the free audit and a chat with me. Tell me what you'd like to feel different, and we'll work out a sensible next step together.

What's in the 90-Day Rise Plan?

A personalised food plan, food and health tips, the nutritional products I use myself, weekly check-ins with me, progress tracking at the start and at day 90, and our community chat group. The investment is S$200 to S$500 a month, depending on the solutions you choose.

Is this a crash diet?

No. You eat real food on a plan built around your life, with nutritional support alongside it. The goal is habits you can keep long after day 90.

Is it too late if I'm already in perimenopause?

It's never too late to start building better habits. Whether you're preparing for perimenopause or already in it, we start from where you are today.

Does the free audit diagnose anything?

No. It's a short reflection on your energy, sleep, gut, weight and strength, so we have a starting point for our chat. It isn't a medical test and doesn't replace advice from your doctor.

Do I have to join the business side?

No. Most women I work with simply want their health and energy back. If you're ever curious about the business, just ask.

Do I need to be Christian to join?

Not at all. My faith is part of my own story and how I show up, but women of every faith, and none, are welcome. I'll never push mine on you.

You don't have to figure it all out today.

Start with what matters to you. We'll find a way forward from there.
